SMS Terms of Service
Terms covering the SMS messaging program operated by Product Perfect LLC in connection with shawnlivermore.com.

1. Program operator
This SMS messaging program is operated by Product Perfect LLC ("we", "us", "our") on behalf of Shawn Livermore.

2. Agreement to these terms
By providing your mobile phone number to us, opting in to receive SMS messages, or replying to a message we send, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not provide your mobile number and do not reply to our messages.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are the authorized account holder or user of the mobile number you provide.
4. Program description and message types
This is a conversational and notification SMS program. Depending on how you interacted with us, you may receive:
- Responses to callback requests or other inquiries you submit on shawnlivermore.com.
- Follow-ups related to fractional CTO, fractional CAIO, AI strategy, enterprise modernization, or M&A advisory conversations.
- Referral introductions where someone in your network has suggested we connect.
- Operational notifications related to engagements you have with us.
5. How you opt in
You provide consent to receive SMS by:
- Entering your mobile phone number into a form on shawnlivermore.com (such as the callback request form) and confirming consent via the form's checkbox.
- Replying affirmatively to an SMS message we send in connection with a verified referral.
- Providing your number to us in writing or verbally with the understanding that we may follow up by SMS.
6. Message frequency
Message frequency is variable and depends on your interactions and ongoing conversations. In most cases you should expect no more than a handful of messages per month. We do not send recurring promotional broadcasts.
7. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages based on your plan. We do not charge any fee for receiving or replying to our messages, but we are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
8. Opting out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation acknowledging your opt-out, after which we will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

10. Supported carriers
This SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. We may add or remove carrier support without notice.
11. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability, routing, and operational conditions outside our control. We make no guarantee that any individual message will be delivered.
12. Privacy
Our handling of your mobile number and SMS-related information is governed by our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile numbers to third parties for their marketing purposes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised. Material changes will be reflected here; continued participation in the SMS program after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the SMS program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
